Default 2008 Top 7 Picks

who will be in the top 7 in 2008' and who will the team pick?

1.Indiana-SG Eric Gordon
Reason:Hes from Indianapolis
2.Minnesota-SF Michael Beasley
Reason:Brewer can play the SG or come off the bench as a 6 man
Also is another good piece to the Timberwolves rebuilding plan
3.Seattle-PG OJ Mayo
Reason:Officially forces seattle to build a new arena or seattle's taking Oj,Durant,& Green to Oklahoma City,Kansas City,San Diego,or Las Vegas
4.Philadelphia-PG Ty Lawson(depends on play of Louis Williams)
Reason:Philly Has Assloads of salary cap space next year and will add Jermaine O'Neal or Elton Brand and will stretch to take a young point guard
5.Memphis-PF Deandre Jordan(depends on Gasol trade)
Reason:Memphis takes potential over experience with this pick,Memphis will have a young power foward who can run the floor
6.Phoenix via Atlanta-SG Nicolas Batum
Reason:Batum is the best euro prospect this year,he can shoot well, pass well, and run the floor
7.Sacramento-PF Brook Lopez
Reason:Setting The Front Court For The Next 10 Years

8-14(No Particular Order)
Portland
Los Angeles Lakers
Charlotte
Boston
New York
Los Angeles Clippers
Golden State

Why would Philly pick up Ty Lawson if Derrick Rose would be there?

We already have 2 2008 draft threads that are active. No need for a third.

Just wondering, why did you title it top 7?

I mean, why not a more standard number like top 5 or top 10 or lottery picks?

Could you just think of 7 picks and figured you would stop there?

How did you rank the teams? Just whatever you felt like or what?

Why would Sacramento, in their right mind, select a player that is similiar in every way possible to Spencer Hawes?

And seeing how is that you've never even thought about putting Derrick Rose in the Top 7, it's obvious that you don't know much about the 08 draft.
