Default How do you feel about Vince Carter's game as a Net?

Since he's been on the Nets, Vinsanity's pretty much stayed healthy, and for stretches of his time there he's carried the team for games at a time.

Though, the team sometimes does too much standing around watching him operate.

Discuss!

This would be easier with a Nets board.

but I appreciate the gesture.

I think Vince has his mind in the right place.

90% of the time...

10% of the time he gets TMac syndrome.

fortunately he has not been exposed by his laziness...

the Nets were just dominated by the Heat... sadly...

but Carter has truly turned over a new leaf and seeminly has love for the game again... but not that much love. but he sure is entertaining.

He does Carry the nets as for Scoring but I don't think they just stand aorund Rj is almost always moving around Krsitc he is standing there and Kidd is getting open most of the time and they can't expect too much out of Collins for Offence.
As for Carter staying healthy I think its just trhe influence of Kidd and RJ that is making him play better and more. This season RJ said something to Vince about being a ***** or something and the very next game he went out and did a dunk or layup and didn't shoot as much which is the Carter we need

And there sure is a lot of Nets threads being started lol

He's a player who puts his team first. When he is having an off night, he feels it is his job to get the team going so he keeps shooting, and shooting, and shooting. Sometimes, the shots fall, sometimes they don't. The Nets rely on his shot.

I remember the first game he played for us, in Detroit, with the cramps. He stepped back and drained a 3 from half court. I'm used to it now, but then I almost had a heart attack. I definetly ejoying watching the guy play, but they still need a second big man if they wanna get anywhere. Most athletic in the league

thats exactly how I felt. I was not sure what we were getting in that trade. that cramping up made me groan and sigh about how we could have made the trade.

but in teh end, it was a good thing.
