Default 07-08...Bulls or Cavs?

I am currently in a argument with the cleveland forum, over who will be better this season, the Bulls or the Cavs. I want to see what posters on the NBA forum have to say on their opinion between which team is better.

I dislike both but I think the Bulls will have a better season
Cavs havent had any big moves yet and Pav is probably going over seas while Andy wants 10 mil
For the Bulls I heard Tyrus Thomas has been working hard this summer and they had 49 wins last season.

Co-sign. I say the Bulls have a better season than the Cavs.

Bulls. Especially, if the Cav don't get Varejao or Pavlovic.

Are you kidding me? It's all Bulls. Cleveland is about to take a step backwards, and LeBron isn't gonna be happy this season.

Why do we continually have to keep having this conversation?

It's obvious Chicago is Cleveland's b*tch, so let's just leave it right there.

Damn.

Furthermore, the same overrating of the Bulls was taking place last year, that is, until I set the record straight.

This is just crazy to have to keep this tired topic over, over, and over again. Cavs won the series record 3-1 two years ago, and split 2-2 last season while winning one more game than they did.

There is no argument that exists that warrants the Bulls realistically being considered the superior team. So why make dummb threads like these?

They have no one to check LeBron, and that allows the rest of the team to get into the flow of the game. The Bulls have trouble scoring against Cleveland due to the Cavs prowess on the boards. Plus, down the stretch we all know has the advantage there. So...

...why don't you Bulls fans just grow up. Please. Your tired diatribes on how you think Chicago is some sort of prohibitive EC favorite equates to nothing more than baby dribble to me.

Grow up.

Looks like all the overrating Bulls homers from last summer are back.

I think the Bulls will have a better season...

the Cavs seemed to get to the finals inspite of bad coaching and fairly shallow roster..with no upgrades this off season i don't think they well be able to duplicate last seasons "cinderella" like run... they just have to many mediocre role players for Lebron to carry the team.

The Bulls on the other hand maybe missing a true superstar but they have good young talent in a lot of positions that seems to respond well to the coaching staff...

Superstars win titles. Nice try though. Read up on NBA history. Just look up the last 20 NBA champions. You will find one thing in common with all but one team.

Silly Troll.
Superstars win titles? So why didn't LeBron win the title? If your logic is right, then the Cavs should have won the Championship or at least one game. But the Spurs showed teamwork, and somehow they won the series....hmmm...

Odd.

this is not a thread about winning titles...neither team will win a ring, both teams are probably second round exits this year...

Are you sure about this? Because the Spurs-Cavs is a good example on why Lebron will never win a title unless the roster is upgraded.

and by upgrade, I mean serious upgrade..

Don't expect a ring in the next 5 years. Major upgrades are needed for the Cavs roster.

They have actually taken a step back this offseason with one player heading to europe and Varejao turning down the 6 mill per year and countering with 10 doesn't look to good for them...

A minor move should seal the deal.

Minor moves don't improve the team chances. and as long as Danny Ferry is still the manager..the Cavs will continue to make sh!tty moves.

Looks like the same Kobe homers are in here trying to prognosticate more doom and gloom for LeBron.

Go figure.
