Although Once Upon...West isn't my favorite movie, it does have my favorite opening sequence of all time.

Once Upon a Time in the West and 2001 are much better to watch in 2x speed. I've never seen close encounters

Mine:

City of God (liked City of Men series better, haven't seen the movie yet tho)
Dr. Strangelove (greatest comedy)
Gladiator (doesn't matter how much hate it gets love this movie cuz of the music/atmosphere)
Hero (again some people hate this but this movie was great)
Those are my top 4 then a ton of em around 5th. Might be forgetting one.

Ya, the perfect role that he plays in every movie, Denzel playing Denzel. Quite the wide range of abilities the man possess.

Requiem for a Dream
Good Will Hunting

Memento

yeah.. those are my favorite "real" movies. my favorite "films." but there's a big part of me that really wants to find room for Don't Be a Manace and Idiocracy in there somewhere.
