Which game do you think is better and why? Thoughts, comments, ratings, features that each game has exclusively to itself, differences, similarities...etc.

yea, I've always played Live but this year I bought 2k8 and its so much more realistic and challenging. Live is only fun for about 2 weeks and then i'm just trying to see if I can beat the computer by 80+, I think my record maybe .500 or worse so far on 2k8 and I just want to keep playing so that I can get better (and i'm only playing on Pro)
Personally I'd take nba 2k7 over nba live 08. lol.
The 2kX series is just more realistic. (besides that new D button that allows almost anyone to guard anyone on the perimeter.)
Edit: And before 2k7, I always played the live series. I own the Live series from 2003 and on. 2002 I owned the ESPN video game, which I think is who makes the 2kX series now.

it's better than the alternative, which was without fail any time the user tried to defend a guy on the perimiter, it was an automatic score for the other team because nobody's reflexes are fast enough.
this will win Sports Video Game of the Year. amazing game. and i dont even like baseball. the graphics take some getting used to but if they made all sports games this indepth and this true to real life, i would buy every sports game out there.

its true! hell no its not basketball related and im glad. i havent played a decent basketball video game since NBA Live 96. buy MLB Power Pros instead, kids. much more enjoyable.
