Richie's Keys to Success
* Force Hinrich to have a bad game - Hinrich averaged 24.5 points and 8.0 assists against Denver last season. Make him turn the ball over and have a bad overall game. He shot 3/11 and scored 8 points with 6 turnovers in his last game.
* Give Carmelo many touches - With Deng uncertain to play, the Bulls might have lost a key defender for Carmelo. Without Deng, a good defender, Carmelo should get more chances to score. He averaged 31.8 points in his last five games against Chicago. A good amount of points from Melo should be expected.
* Play good defense from start to finish - The Nuggets have allowed 94.8 ppg from their opponents over the last 5 games, which they have won all of. The Bulls are averaging 87.9 ppg on the season. On the other hand, the Bulls are allowing 96.4 ppg on the season defensively, while the Nuggets have scored 115.6 ppg over their last 5 games. If the Nuggets play solid defense, this should be a certified win.
Bulls' rebounding leader is Ben Wallace with only 6.7 rpg. Though the Bulls are rebounding the ball well as a team at 42.4 per game, they allow 44.8 by their opponents. Also, The Camby Man is coming off a 20 rebound game against the Knicks, his 3rd 20+ rebounding game this season. He's only not had double digit boards ONCE (8) this season, and he only played 29 minutes in that game. Expect Camby to have a good game on the glass.
thank god i do not get to watch this game today LOL. I hope we tank the season to get a good draft pick anyways. Ben wallace will suck. Hinrich will show why he needs to be in D league. Duhon will prove why he is the worse back-up to the worse player. other than that the rest of the team will play good. Denver = nba finals team so who ever thinks they are smart for picking denver think again.
Well, it's actually a done deal, as reported by 3 inside sources. The deal has been accepted to by both Kupchak and Paxson, and it was just a matter of matching salaries without giving up complete crap(Sefolosha, Griffin, etc.). The deal will be announced AFTER Dec. 15.
