Default How would current Rockets be doing under Jeff Van Gundy?

Your thoughts?

No, it isn't a rumor or anything. Haven't heard Adelman is going anywhere, or that JVG would be asked back.

But, how would the team be doing right now under JVG?

Probably the same as last year during this time. He wouldn't give Bonzi the minutes he is getting now, Scola would get as much freedom as he does now. Brooks wouldn't get much time either. Basically they wouldn't be too different from last year, maybe even worse, since with T-mac out, JVG's offense is much easier to shut down than Adelman's.

Instead of sitting ON the bench every game Francis would probably be crammed in a cat carrier UNDER the bench

Other than that I think they'd be pretty much the same as last year

they would be doing much better because the rockets are used to playing to his system.

I'm new here so I can't gauge whether this is a nostalgia question or a pot-stirring one. But in either case, I don't think it would make that much of a difference in our record.
