Default Chris Webber

Chris Webber, in an interview, said that several teams have shown interest in him and that within the next 2 weeks, he'll be back in the NBA. He also said he is currently choosing between 3 possible teams, although declined to name which teams.

I doubt we're one of them because I doubt we've shown interest, but would you want to see Chris Webber on the Clippers?

Well hutcht02, I'm personally half and half about it. On one hand, Webber would be a great fill in for Elton Brand, and when Brand does come back, that could be an absolutly amazing frontcourt. On the other hand, Webber would ask for a lot of money, and luxury tax is breathing down our neck. Also, maybe Kaman keeping the reins until brand gets back is the better choice so he doesn't backtraack at all on his progress.

Webber will play for the minimum if he's on a contender. If he's not on a contender, I'd expect him to ask for lots of money or just stay home.

Webber with his ability to pass and hit open jumpers in addition to rebounding would be a great pick up for any team that plays a 'half court' style, i'm not sure if at his age and with injuries of the past he can still run and gun in this league.

No. Bringing in Webber would equal to some wins, and it's too late to salvage this season so I think we can do without him
