Default Playoffs??

with the team the Jazz have i really think that this team could win the northwest division and get pretty far into the playoffs
i can see them making it into the 2 round this year and maybe even further
for this next season i think that the starters will be
pg. d-will
sg. brewer ( if sloan actually plays him he can work his way up and start)
sf. ak47
pf. c booz
c. okur
key bench
pg. fisher
sg.cj/gira
sf. harpring
pf. hoffa/ millsap
c. collins

now this looks like a 45+ win team don't you think so:

Add Van Horn and I think we could be a 4 seed

he DOES bring instant playoff experience (incl. 2 finals appearances). i really wouldn't mind seeing him suit up for the jazz.

Guys seriously that roster is kinda weak yes ak-47 is great when HEALTHY same goes for boozer. However the rest of the team is filled with untested youth williams ok I guess and brewer wow rook man c-mon he is not the same level as cp-3.If he was he would have gone top 5.The jazz have got a long way to go befor you can start debating second round and further.

No one expects him to be CP3... I havn't seen anyone say anything to that effect.

This team finished .500 last season with a crapload of injuries. They just missed the playoffs, and have improved thier lineup... They make the playoffs THIS year. Though I'm not venturing as far as predicting how they fair once they make the playoffs...

Guys the west is deep as hell who are they gonna knock out of the top eight spots.Im already considering the grizz not making it but I think the hornets have made more improvements then the jazz to take that spot.

I honestly think they have a good shot a winning the NW division... Yeah, I know the Nuggets are gonna be tough, but anything can happen.

Just being healthy will take this team further than last season.

With the hornets making those moves will chris paul get the same looks as last year...

Besides I don't remember anyone saying anything about the second round this season but I garauntee that almost every Jazz fan is expecting this team to make the play-offs atleast.

Denver may be worse off and out , unless they get Corey Megette ....also memphis is not as good as last year New Orleans is better....the Clips and kings could go either way...the Jazz will be 6 at best 9 at worst....but will be 7.......................the lakers will be improved as well..

CYCO has a point, they did win 41 games last year which if I remember correctly is more games than the Hornets won with CP3 playing big minutes all year long. Everybody is on the Chris Paul bandwagon right now, and he is an awesome point, but lets remember D-Will spent a solid chunk of the season playing less than 20 minutes a night. This season the Jazz start off with Deron playing 35 minutes/game along with a healthy Boozer from the gate, and this 41 win just out of the playoffs team suddenly is scary as hell to the other teams in the conference. Look out Denver! You now have some company in the NW.

With Deron playing solid minutes and not looking back at Coach Sloan all the time expect him to begin to become the PG that the Jazz envisioned when they took him. Take it to the bank, D-Will and CP3 will be the pg's in the Western Conference All Star game sooner than later, if not this season then definitely next. I predict both Utah and NO/OKC to make the post season this year.
