dribble with one hand. throw the tennis ball in the air with the other hand, and catch it while still dribbling.

get good at that and start switching hands. throw the ball up, cross over with the basketball, and catch the ball with the other hand

this will teach you to keep your head up when dribbling

another drill would be dribble with a ball and throw the tennis ball against a wall... the key to basketball drills (or any sport for that matter) is to get creative and master each one

for example, barry bonds was known to hit a baseball off a tee with one eye closed, and we all know what type of hitter barry bonds is steroids or not

yep, but i do it a bit different. i do this drill on my son. it really seems to help. i have him dribble from side to side, keeping the ball low and we toss the tennis ball back and forth.

1 ball in each hand.
Dribble with the right hand, and with the left hand toss the other tennis ball up and down. Works on your coordination and peripheral vision.

Figure Eight,just like a basketball.

Just dribble around like it was a basketball.

Normal dribbling drills that you would do with a regular basketball...just dribbling round, figure 8, in between the legs, etc.
