Uh... That doesn't really make any sense for the Jazz. We're loaded at PF, and White Chocolate wouldn't last one practice with Jerry Sloan.

An injured overweight Dwayne Wade for Boozer? Not sure if I'd do this as a Jazz fan, but it's worth discussing maybe
Ak + CJ Miles for Marion?

Surely you know AK, and Miles is a player drafted out of highschool who is starting to finally mature, and has a big game with about 20 points every once in a while.

PASS

Those guys add nothing to our team, we're not even the least bit interested!

No need to keep trying to sell it.

We have Paul Millsap and Okur that can play backup PF
We have Roni Price as a backup PG, who's a young, athletic, hard-working guy who does what he's told, and works very hard.

ZERO interest in Jason Williams
ZERO interest in another backup PF

The funny thing is, Marion for AK was on the table from Pheonix earlier. We passed.

Otherwise, any trade will be hard to sell to Utah right now. We are in love with the cast. You are on the right track looking to sell a backup pg and big man to Utah! Not a bad offer considering. But, we are really more intersted in a disciplined vet pg and a long defensive center.

Not sure about that. He was able to play for Riley. He'd make some sense but he's a FA so a trade wouldn't be necessary. Not sure how Haslem fits. Mourning sure.

It's a no brainer. Wade but on arguably the greatest performance in NBA Finals history just two years ago. Those players are far and few between. Despite his injuries you make this deal without blinking. You'd have to throw in some more contracts.

Miami wouldn't do this. Marion was attractive cuz his contract runs out after next year(posiibly this, but I doubt he opts out).

1. That's debatable...

2. A player with Wades injuries is not a "no brainer"

Debatable that he started for 3 years for Riley including helping them win a ring?

It's not if making the playoffs is your goal as seems to be the case in Utah. If winning championships it is. Wade is one of two guys in the league right now that has proven he can carry a team to a title. I'd take that gamble any day of the year.

DWade will perpetually injured his whole career...

Oh, and considering how far they made it last year, I'm pretty sure that just making the playoffs isn't good enough for the Jazz.

Maybe? He just talked about adjusting his game. He hit more 3's this year.

Yeah doing everything they could do to take it to the next level like getting even younger instead of adding vets to fill the holes in the roster like most teams have historically done in their position. Looks to me like they learned nothing from their failure during the Stockton/Malone era. Same old stuff.

Be reasonable Xaio.
If it weren't for Jordan, that schema was perfect.
Spurs have done it in this era of the NBA for years and succeeded.
Utah is already a young team, and everybody is getting playing time who needs it to develop and deserves it to win.
