It is possible that Flip will continue to keep Maxiell in the starting line up with McDyess coming off the bench.

This is going to be very fun to watch. Two defensive minded teams going at it, I cannot wait.

I also want to see the Hamilton/Allen matchup, and Pierce/Prince.

Is it just me, or does anyone feel like Ray Allen is gonna explode next series? Just a bold prediction, but I think Ray will finally wake up. For this series, I say Celtics in 6. I don't see how Boston could go three straight 7 game series, AND still make the Finals. It's possible, But if Boston is gonna beat Detroit, it has to be in 6.

Hopefully he can contribute, but he doesn't even try to shoot anymore. He needs to be more aggressive and attack the basket. He's one of the best free throw shooters in the league and what better way to get your self going then by knocking down a couple freethrows.

Boston barely beat Cleveland, showing no sign of improving from the last series...and somehow people are predicting Boston in 6? What disrespect to Detroit.

If Boston continues to play this poorly, and Allen continues to be a non-factor...Detroit wins this in 6, maybe less.

I expect a repeat of what we've seen the past 2 rounds. Boston's still a solid offensive team @ home and with their defense solid is all they need offensively to win a game. It will be a very defensive series. Both teams will struggle to top 70 sometimes(especially Detroit).

Well, I think Orlando is a better team than Cleveland...they wiped the floor with them this season. Orlando also went 3-1 against Boston.

I think Philly is a better team than Atlanta also.

The Pistons beat Orlando in 5, and Philly in 6...Plus, won on the road.

I'll give the edge to Detroit.

I want the Pistons to win and believe they are capable, but they always have those periods where they just don't seem to care or take a game seriously or believe they can just "flip the switch". Boston is not a team to take lightly and the Celtics have shown they are invincible at the Garden. Detroit will have to bring their S+ game to even think about advancing to the Finals.

Boston in 7.

If Detroit can put together 4 perfect games before the Celtics get 4 wins… that is the ONLY way the Pistons can have any chance to win at this series. The Pistons are going to have to run like V12 firing on all cylinders… There is no room for error. They cannot have any lapses or the Pistons are toast.
