The Miami Heat announced today that they have waived guard Garrett Temple.
Temple appeared in six games with the HEAT this preseason, averaging 4.5 points, 2.7 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 20.5 minutes. He originally signed with Miami on September 13, 2012.
The Heat’s roster now stands at 15.
