Hawks release Dexter Pittman

The Atlanta Hawks have released center Dexter Pittman, it was announced today by President of Basketball Operations/General Manager Danny Ferry.

Pittman, who was signed to a 10-day contract on Feb. 22, appeared in two games with the Hawks this year.
