The Phoenix Suns have waived guard Austin Rivers.
Rivers was acquired by the Suns from Washington in a trade that was completed just yesterday.
The Suns’ roster now stands at 16 players.
There have been conflicting reports suggesting that Rivers’ next stop could be with the Grizzlies, but nothing is confirmed.
