Jazz sign Mo Bamba

The Utah Jazz have signed forward/center Mo Bamba.

Bamba (6-11, 231, Texas) appeared in 32 games (two starts) last season for the LA Clippers and New Orleans Pelicans, averaging 4.3 points and 4.5 rebounds in 12.9 minutes per contest.

A native of Harlem, N.Y., Bamba is entering his eighth NBA season having appeared in 364 (101 starts) for Orlando (2018-23), Los Angeles (2022-23), Philadelphia (2023-24), LA Clippers (2024-25), and New Orleans (2024-25), owning career averages of 6.8 points on 47.7 percent from the field and 5.4 rebounds per contest.

Bamba played one collegiate season at Texas during the 2017-18 campaign, where he averaged 12.9 points, 10.5 boards, and 3.7 rebounds per game, garnering 2017-18 All-Big 12 Second Team, All-Big 12 Defensive Team, and All-Big 12 Newcomer Team accolades.
