Manu Ginobili suffered a nasal fracture in the third quarter of tonight’s Spurs-Mavericks game. X-rays taken at the AT&T Center confirmed the injury.
Tomorrow Ginobili will be re-examined by Spurs team physicians at which time he will undergo a CT scan. Additional details will be announced after this examination.
