Lakers forward Luke Walton was examined today by back specialist Dr. Robert Watkins and has been diagnosed with a pinched nerve.
Walton is expected to be out a minimum of six weeks.
The Lakers this season are off to a 7-3 start. Walton plays a very minor role on the team, averaging 3.7 points in 10.6 minutes per game.
