The San Antonio Spurs today announced that they have waived forward Josh Powell.
Powell was signed by the Spurs on Sept. 27 and saw action in six preseason games, averaging 5.8 points and 3.8 rebounds in 13.7 minutes.
The Spurs roster now stands at 14.
