Pistons center Jalen Duren out with ankle injury

An MRI performed earlier today on Detroit Pistons center Jalen Duren confirmed a left ankle sprain suffered during the fourth quarter of Thursday’s game vs. Memphis.

He will be reevaluated in two weeks.
