Blueberries. Only downside is the diuretic effect. There have been times I ate a lot of blueberries. After using the bathroom in the morning, I feel mind-numbingly hungry afterwards and I can't have my morning coffee until I have something in my stomach.
Greek yogurts in the morning are awesome too. Gives me enough of a boost before I get my morning coffee around 10-11.
Also I really love eating a salmon post a workout. I swear it helps with muscle recovery.
