in theory, it sounds good

the problem is local politics. seattle's leadership wants to revitalize the whole of seattle center and the key arena is a major part of that. they will not entertain any public investment into a brand new location

now, what if freddie brown's group of private investors got into the act at 6th and massachusettsm hmmmmmm
