I've been thinking about buying jumpsoles for a while but I never have because no one I know has em and I wanted personal feedback instead of the products website testimonies. I'm 5'10 and I need around 1 more foot to be able to dunk (I touch the backboard,with no problem, actually a bit higher than the backboard). Now I've been doing a bit of research and I've been reading that strength vest and shorts is a better alternative than jump soles. Anyone here have any personal experience with any of those 2 items? or any other equipment/method that has worked for you?
