Yet otherwise normal people such as Jason Kidd or Chris Brown has done it. And that's to their loved ones, not some drunk stranger who is cussing out. Does that make them sociopath? No. Yet if we only see them in that light, we would assume so.
My point is, policemen are often only seen when they're doing something wrong and this created the illusion that cops as a whole are really untrustworthy. And that's a much bigger problem than some cops beating a woman down.
