Lol my lung capacity is just godawful, so I hate and can't run long distance well at all.

Perhaps as a kid I might've been able to do 6-7 mins, but now I'll prob get what, 12+ mins alternating between walking and jogging?

Maybe if I really tried to run/jog the entire way I might be able to do 8-9 mins... And nope, I'm nowhere near obese/overweight.
