Because 6-8 mostly black guys beat 6-8 other black guys protecting one, in the most cases, white guy.
Basically I think it's a very uninteresting sport, but it's still more entertaining than golf or curling.
btw: I think Ravens take this unless for some fluke TD at the end of a tight game.
