He is a really good #2. He's never eclipsed 1,000 yards in a season, maybe in part to nagging injuries he gets. He should get over that hump easily this season in this offense should he decide to stay.
I believe we may search for a new outside receiver and have Maclin replace Avant in the slot. He could truly be great there. Kelly likes big receivers for blocking so if Cooper walks I doubt he'll want Jackson/Maclin outside.
He's not a "really good" #2. He's an ok number 2. Factoring in injury issues he's a below average number 2. But Riley Cooper is a solid number 2 and Djax is a solid #1 so it shouldn't really matter.
