How have my moves been?
I am in a 10 player league that was created by some of my friends at work. The scoring system is kind of strange, instead of catagories it scores on fantasy points, so the penalties for crappy fg%, ft% and turnovers are not nearly as important. So far this season I have made a bunch of moves, have I improved my team or weakened it?
Original team I drafted - italics = people i dropped or traded Jrue Holiday Jose Calderon Monta Ellis Tyreke Evans John Wall Stephen Jackson Trevor Ariza Rashard Lewis Amare Stoudemire Pau Gasol Troy Murphy Jason Thompson Greg Oden Now my team consists of - Bold = new aquisitions Rajon Rondo Jrue Holiday Monta Ellis Tyreke Evans Caron Butler Stephen Jackson Trevor Ariza Andre Iguodala Nene Marcus Camby Pau Gasol Javale Mcgee Serge Ibaka |
Re: How have my moves been?
Calderon, Wall, Rashard, Amare, Murphy, Thompson and Oden
for Rondo, Caron, Iggy, Nene, Camby, McGee, and Ibaka Rondo you win, Caron you lose big, Iggy you win, Nene you lose big, Camby you win big (so far), McGee you win, and Ibaka you win big. You win five of the seven moves as comparible players, so yeah I'd say you're on the better side of it even if the two losses are pretty major, but its hard to get too particular without the exact scoring system. Your team is pretty stacked at every position, and looks like you have most cats covered pretty well. |
Re: How have my moves been?
The guys you got rid of is definitely more top heavy, but the depth you received back evens it out a bit. Generally, I'd rather have less depth in a shallower league (10 team would qualify as such), but the value seems relatively even

You did rather well, there were some players you did lose on, but you won overall!!!
