It's just diphenhydramine, aka Benadryl. It will work for a few nights but you get a tolerance to it really quick and it stops working.

Try Melatonin instead. Cheaper and more effective.

I actually went thru 3 bottles of it before i built up an immunity. Shit worked great for me before that
