    It's about market share. Smaller companies who can't get an edge with flavors will have a much harder time grabbing customers who already smoke with the bigger brands.

    The loophole around this is just like Prohibition. You can still have and consume for personal use. So just order online I guess or just go to a shady store. Dutch's are technically cigars so I don't think they are subjects and I know that things that are covered by this are already looking for ways to be registered as another product.

    so with that line of thinking lets just open up pharamcies to everyone...it is their "choice"...as well as every illegal drug on the planet...

    this particular banning is ment to get tobacco away from children...just like candy cigarettes are banned, so are strawberry flavored ones...

    scientists have never empirically proven that smoking causes cancer. There is a big correlation sure but in countries like japan have one of the lowest cancer rates among their population yet they have a bigger smoking population than america
