His diet and workout - looks 100% lik he wants to keep quick and lighter than bulky and slow.
I think it is even harder for a PF to do this , but if he can maintain his stamina over the 66 game season , it will pay off.
I would hav to think during the season his carb intake with increase dramatically because of the running...

not really sure what the OP's personality problem is, but mike love's nephew has been busting it extra hard the last couple years, and all this does is reinforce that fact.
fact is, there is strength that is not about muscle mass. there is strength that has to do with tendons, ligaments, bone-mass and fast-twitch muscle-fiber. many of the most badass athletes and MMA fighters on the planet take advantage of those facts, using them to beat other athletes who look stronger and bigger to the naked eye.

Not a personality problem, actually I am a CSCS with an advanced degree in exercise science. You have no idea what you are talking about, the best way to strengthen tendons and improve bone mass is the exact same way to strengthen muscles, by lifting weights and high impact plyometrics. Doing stupid sh!t on a wobble board, or doing cable flyes while riding a bike at the same time, or doing push ups while some old homo beats you with a foam pad is not scientific and not effective. It is a gimmick and its only purpose is to make Gunnar Peterson unique to sell his product to fools like you. This is why you won't see any of this junk science at an institutional level, such as D1 college or the Olympics; because those trainers are paid to get results and if they don't, they lose their jobs. It might come as a surprise to all of you, but since NBA Pre Draft stats have been recorded over the last decade, vertical jump averages have dropped almost three inches, precisely because there are so many dumbass personal trainers out there selling dumb kids on "unorthodox" workouts. If Kevin Love is in good shape, it is because he works his butt off and he exercises 6-8 hours per day. He is in good shape in spite of this stupid routine, not because of it. He would be better off with something scientific.
