Sadly, I think I would prefer to stay in OKC over LA. Been out to LA a few times, hated it.

Like people have said before, it all depends on where you live. Aside from wannabe gangsters I've never encountered issues with gangs the entire time I've lived here. Even living in some shitty towns like Santa Ana. Also I'm pretty sure every big town has gangs.

It wouldn't be my first choice. I absolutely hate driving. I have a lot of friends out there so I would hit the ground running socially, but L.A. isn't on my top 5 cities to migrate to.

Nice pics. L.A.'s got a lot going for it: great sports teams (as long as you don't like football), nice weather, great food, hot chicks, etc. Like any huge city it's gonna have a seedy underbelly. I love visiting the West coast but I'm just much more comfortable living on the East coast. I don't know why really.
