There's no real star on this team who can do everything and get everyone else going. There's a lack of IQ all around and just inexperience. A guy like Butler isn't going to save them and Josh Smith isn't the answer. It doesn't matter who the coach is, it's hard to coach a team that's so limited.
Well stated. Seems about right. Even on good nights for Greg Monroe, he seems to max out at around 18-22 points. I'm not usually one who believes in needing a big money superstar - but I think Pistons need at least someone who's capable for going off without being on super fire (which is the only way Jennings ever hits).
