Ether. Plus the cavs were without Bron and/or Kyrie for several of those loses. Bron led teams have typically owned the west when healthy.

Funny thing is, even the 2014 Heat didn't have ONE negative season record against the West's top 8
Bron really takes it out on those boys, regular season and finals.. can't believe how bad he's shredded teams barring 2007 (circumstances).

The hawks dominated the western conference even more than that, quite frankly there just isn't that big of a gap between the top of the east and the top of the west in most years.
