I'm in LA and while the stereotype isn't true, its closer than what you actually posted.

For every black dude with a fine ass white girl, there's quadruple with some heifer although both scenarios are rare. Matter of fact, over here I see more white guys with black females, and more hispanics with white women than I do black men with white chicks.

But its all preference. If you're attractive and have a good head on your shoulders, you'll get p*ssy from most ethnicities.
