The kid has great range, I don't see that as a problem tbh. He has also a pretty good seperation move to get his shot off. But yeah, Fultz is a better prospect.

I understand the whole transition argument, but my point is if you're supposed to be this great player and your college team is .290? What does that tell you? He doesn't impact the game enough to lead his team to wins...how tf will he do it against bigger, better, and stronger defenders? I just don't see it.
weber st is in a different conference

Not many teams played a big shooting guard, so it isn't the norm.

What's the relevance there? Weber St may be in a weaker conference but Lillard also had 1/100th of the hype Fultz did.

fultz hasn't really gotten that much hype tbh for a #1 pick
comparing weber st.'s record in a super weak conference to what happen to washington is just dumb. fultz also missed a good portion of games and the numbers show how terrible they were with him off the floor

Fultz is the top pick in about half the mock drafts.

I don't recall seeing Lillard as being a top 5 pick in 90% of drafts, if any.

Weber St may be in a weaker conference, but they also had a weaker record.

In the 25 games Fultz played, they won 9 and lost 16. The 9 wins were against CS-Fullerton, Northern Arizona, Long beach State, Western Kentucky, Western Michigan, Cal Poly, Seattle, Oregon State & Colorado. Long Beach was a 6-point win, Western Michigan was a 6-point win, Colorado was a 2-point win. Of those teams, CSUF (17-15), Western Michigan (16-16) & Colorado (19-15) finished over .500.

They also lost to Yale, at home.

Going into the losses, they lost only three games within five points. Only four other games were in single digits. So seven of the 16 losses were by <9.

With Fultz, they lost seven games by 12 or more.

That is flat out abysmal. There is no reason, what-so-ever that a prospect expected to be the top pick loses more games by a dozen or more than within five. None.
