Good luck doing something positive with that Wolves roster when Wiggins is out there playing terrible defense, taking bad shots, and not making the game easier for his teammates....playing big minutes.

Not saying Towns is perfect, but if he had a real team..he'd look a lot better.

I agree with what JVG was saying about winning, but the Wolves roster really does suck right now.

Towns / Cov / Saric / Tyus / Josh....is the start of something, but nobody else on that team is worth keeping.

The Wolves should salary dump Wiggins if they can. Maybe a team like the Grizzlies this summer would take on Wiggins and a couple 2nd rounders for Parsons or something.

It is a bullshit game but he's better than Towns and didn't make it only because of the colour of his skin.

He is overrated but unfortunately his team isn't built with his strengths in mind either so he's in a lose-lose situation.

His biggest issue though is that he tends to simply disappear late in games because he (like Wiggins) don't demand the ball enough but take that as them being "team players" when in reality they're both scared of the moment.

He tends to have very strong first quarters from what I've seen but then he just kind of tapers off into irrelevancy.

Wiggins though is a waste. No team should be built around him and he should be a sixth man at best playing 25-30 minutes a game so that his playing time for any given game will be done before his laziness seeps in. His activity level is straight up horrendous.

Anyone remember when Minny was the up and coming team that was going to be the next dynasty, and everyone was talking about how much upisde Wiggins, KAT and Lavine had?

I was super high on Wiggins in college and his first year in the NBA, but then just didn't see what you'd want...on all the other aspects of the game other than volume scoring (which is questionable in value anyway)

But even the biggest Wiggins hater in the world didn't see the last 2 years coming.

He's been a disaster. Total trainwreck situation for the Wolves now with that contract that might be the 2nd worst in the league currently.

Even worse, he's not even a good role player. He really can't be unless his game changes. Unfortunately, he feels like a nightmare version of Melo. A player that can only look good having the all in his hands a lot and shooting a lot, but isn't good enough to drive winning...

And looks horrible in a role playing situation.

And I'm not equating Wiggins and Melo in impact...Melo was probably 3 times better or something on that front...but even with Melo it was a problem...with a low impact guy like Wiggins...it is a nightmare.
