Nothing is going to change, Doc is going to take them to 2nd round a couple of times with epic choke jobs. This guy has a job 'cause hes the best black coach available, even for the sake of political correctness hes never going to have to worry about unemployment. But of course, its the only reason why, he has a job though, same can be said for the other black coaches.
