    Default I never recruit bench warmers on my team

    Every time I form a team during our summer league. I never recruit the other teams bench warmers . There are plenty of reason why those guys never get enough playing time. 1. they are lazy defenders. 2. They only attempt several shots but never play team basketball. 3. They have a bad attitude.
