I can still enjoy the game for what it is, teams are still able to overcome ref influencing but the game now resembles more a WWF league.

Yeah, it is not like the Pacers were getting fouled on jump shots. I don't know how many times I saw a Miami Defender out of position and reaching/hacking at the last minute.

I won't even say that this was a horrible strategy by Miami. They can't handle the Pacers' bigs, especially with that starting lineup they trotted out there today. When they get position, hack them and hope for the best. The fouling was so obvious, it almost seemed like a strategy to me. Indiana missed eight free throws, so it wasn't totally unsuccessful.

It was the utter lack of aggression by the Heat on the other end that really cost them in this game. Taking 23 threes on a night when your jumpers clearly aren't falling will result in an L more times than not.

Unfortunately for Miami, they probably can't afford to have too many off-shooting nights against the Pacers because of Indiana's natural advantages on the other end.

I watched the whole game and I don't see a lot of bad calls. The Heat can't defend Pacers if the Pacers play the right way. Heat used to get away with h acking people down low. Not today.
