Chris Dorner-Obvious Democrat as per his manifesto
James Holmes-If he worked on the Obama campaign, that's liberal enough for me.
Karl Pierson-Anti-gun/Anti-Republican per his facebook. Tried to kill his debate teacher (ironic)
Nidal Hasan- Since neither of his states has partisan registration, you can't confirm or deny he was a Democrat by his voting, but he was a Muslim. According to the Washington post, a large percentage of US Muslims are Democrat. http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/...-110658-6950r/
Adam Lanza-The source couldn't even confirm he was not a Democrat. They said Likely False. Would you be satisfied if you took an Aids test and the results were likely false?
Klebold and Harris-Not old enough to vote, but parents from both sides were registered Democrats and progressive liberals.
Seung-Hui Cho- I don't know enough about him to comment one way or the other. I can only say it is reported he wrote hate mail to President Bush and to his staff.

Anyways, the whole block of text he copied and pasted is specifically disputing if these people were "registered" Democrats. I don't care if they were "registered" Democrats or unregistered Democrats. All of them in one way or another have Liberal ties.

Anyone know what model car he was driving? 335 or m3?

Also would like to add that, I have af riend who's personality kind of reminds me of this guy. He's a good friend but he's gay. He sends this kind of scary vibe to me sometimes. He's undercover gay. But all his close friends know he's gay because he's came out to them and his parents. He acts like this guy exactly in the ways he talks. I just don't know, after this honestly for some strange reason I don't feel safe anymore. This could of been myself or any of my loved ones and friends.

Something chilling just hits my heart in this specific case. It's because I know deep down inside there are hundreds if not thousands of people like this we encounter every day that probably feel the same way. It's just a matter of time when and where one of these people just release their inner crazy out.

Get yourself a gun my friend. I would suggest any kind of home defense shotgun that suites your style and a sturdy reliable side arm. Maybe a SW .38 Special....or some variant of a 1911(if in California, this may not be an option). Take a Basic Firearms Safety course if you're new to guns, they'll get you familiarized with your pieces and teach you the safety do's and do not's. Don't forget to get a gun case, preferably one with a personalized fingerprint scanner or passcode.

Even if you weren't worried about your friend, you should still have at least one gun locked away at home for the safety of your family.

What in this thread that has been said exactly that 'really shows sick minds'?

I'd say its not that people have become desensitised, more that their lives are so protected, so privileged and insulated, that they will be offended by everything and have a completely unrealistic understanding of the world, and a desperate need to assert their moral superiority.

The Greeks were certainly not desensitised, and lived a far more precarious and natural existence than we do, and yet they were more aware than any of the dual nature of tragedy and comedy, their interrelatedness and reliance on the absurd, the ridiculous. And to deny that there aren't elements of comedy wrapped up in this tragedy is to be a moralising waste of space.

You're 'plenty liberal when it comes to comedy'? - well, you clearly aren't, because here you are telling people what they should be morally ashamed to find funny, and calling them 'sick' for not agreeing with you.

Nazis were left wing. They left things de facto under private ownership, but everything was actually under the complete control and direction of the state, which is completely left-wing.

Turning murder into a joke only serves to desensitize people to all of the pain and suffering..
People need to be desensitised to all the pain and suffering. If you could witness all the pain and suffering that happens in a single day in one large city, you'd probably go insane. Comedy is a way of dealing with this. You should see the sense of humour that coroners and morticians have, it is almost always pretty sick; do you know why? Because they work with ****ing corpses all day, and have seen far more than you or I.

The more one is exposed to tragedy the more the need for comedy as a compensation. But here you are worshipping tragedy and placing it on a pedestal and telling other people what they should and should not find funny. Basically, being a moralising asshole.

I blame the glorification of nerd culture. Gives them unrealistic expectations.

    This kid had serious issues.

the car is a 328 by the way.

The elephant in the room, especially somewhere like here, is how the message board culture can warp the perception of reality for an already disturbed individual. Esp when it comes to women. All this men's empowerment jargon that gets unrealistically floated around by guys who prolly never get any can create a faux sense of masculinity within people who wish to emulate that ideal.

Ultimately though, most dudes can be quite submissive and yield to their girlfriend's demands. Even the "alpha" dudes have to compromise to demands and expectations of their women. It's not really being a bitch, it's just reality and is usually pretty healthy. Nobody with a significant other can get what they want all the time. That isn't being "beta," it's just being mature and loving

Thread title should be changed to "Central California"

Santa Barbara is not Southern California. Just nitpicking.

Less message board culture and more obsession with WoW and Games of Thrones imo. If you skim the older entries in his manifesto he's constantly talking about WoW being the only thing that makes his life ok, and how great the Song of Ice and Fire novels are (not read or watched but heard the stories have recurring themes dominant males raping etc.). He never really had the courage to even try having a real life, and so simply inserted himself into a fantastical delusional world, with him as the wronged victim of society, to feed his incredible narcissism. Premieres with dad, trips abroad with mum, fantasyland at home. He literally barely went out in the real world, and then blames it for rejecting him .
