Default 1977 NBA Finals Gm 1 - Julius Erving: 33Pts/3Rbs/5Asts/2Stls

Such a goddamn athletic freak Showing his all-around skills/smarts

For the series, Erving averaged 30.3/6.8/5.0/2.7/1.2 on 54.3/85.7
Series was something similar to current Spurs vs Heat though, as the 76ers probably had better overall individual talent but the Blazers were just a better overall team (and Bill Walton was playing some terrific bball, Ramsay great coach also, so on...).

During the Playoffs, he put 27.3/6.4/4.5/2.2/1.2 on .577 TS%, which was closer to what he did in the ABA (ofc NBA was a better league, with less "running" too)... He was getting more shots and the offense was running more through him, as in the regular-season all of that happened considerably less which led to people saying that Doc fell off or couldn't do even close to the same in the NBA; fact is that Philly had various "ball-hogs" and "shot-jackers" while Shue wanted everyone to get their touches, creating for themselves and for others.

It's like watching a dunk contest. So many highlight reel plays from the Dr.

That Sixers team was fun to watch with all the dunks and transition points. Doug Collins had a great game 1 also with 30.

George McGinnis just had an awful series which hurt Philly.

Portland played better as a team, and Walton was just did it all. Scoring, rebounding, defensive anchor, passing. So good at finding the cutter.
