THIS is why two-foot leaping is important - scoring in traffic when there isn't room for a run-up to do a one-legged takeoff,
This dunk (and countless others) can't be completed off one leg... so if a player isn't good dunking like this, then he won't posterize that many people compared to players that CAN dunk like this.
