Blazers didn't deserve this game. Wizards earned this win. They were the better team tonight.
Man those are still huge, whether you guys "deserved" the win or not. You could've potentially still won the game had those two calls been made correctly. Either way, the reffing was bad all game. I agree that goaltends need to be reviewed. I'll take the W, but I'm not exactly thrilled.

One swat doesn't make someone a good defender. He may have improved but he's still not a good defender by any means.

I still have to disagree with you though, Damian is without a doubt top 6 no matter how you spin it.
You are telling the world how you haven't watched the blazers this season and how clueless you are when you say dumb shit like Lillard not impacting the game outside of shooting...

and he is definitely not a below average defender this season...that was true last year but just like finishing at the rim he has improved a great deal and is definitely a solid (not great) defender and a very good passer. If his fellow teammates actually hit all the open shots he created for them or at least half of them then his assist numbers this game would have looked insane. This Portland team also has multiple players who take turns handling the ball, even when Lillard is in the game. It's just the brand of BB they play

Only thing you are right is that his 3pointer has taken a nose dive this season..part of it is the injury he had on his hand earlier. But thanks to that his mid range game has improved a lot

Eh, who is good on John Wall? Remember, you're seeing him play against John Wall. Almost all the judging he gets on his defense comes when he plays against guys like Westbrook and Chris Paul. By that standard Chris Paul, Westbrook, Wall are all bad defenders on the nights he has big games against them.

Wesley Matthews has given up multiple 40 point games to Harden. Everyone thinks he's a good defender. Lillard gets lots of deflections, fights through screens to draw fouls, and contests shots pretty well now.

Lillard is getting better on defense. There is a real effort now. His main problem is his shooting consistency. He needs to shoot over 45% from the field.

    Bullets coming back to respectability.

Firing Wittman is still #1 on the priority list though.

    Forgot about Grunfeld, him too.

So Boston own tiebreaker over Pacers, Miami own tiebreaker over Boston and Pacers own tiebreaker over Miami. What do they go by to decide, Miami winning took Pacers from 9th to 7th.
