No, he really doesn't. His team is complete trash and AD is still young af. He's 23 years old, I'm not sure what kind of leadership qualities you expect from him. He seems like a good kid though and will hopefully develop into a leader on the court.

Cousins is a grown man and acts like a baby on the court. Little to no leadership qualities, only talent. That's why I have no complaints about calling Cousins stats empty.

Everyone here has one thing in common except one, they dont play any defense (or just suck at it). Toronto Bosh wasnt empty stats.. at least not as much as the guys you listed. And he turned out to be one of the better defensive players in the league.

Love is also bordering on not being empty stats too.. he almost led a mediocre wolves team to the playoffs in one of the most historically stacked conferences of all time. If he played out east they wouldve been a playoff team. Guys like Cousins dont even come close.. he lacks every intangible there is.
