Which Finals does LeBron win averaging 4 reb and 2 assists?
Which Finals does LeBron have a teammate DOUBLE his rebounds/assists?
Which Finals does MJ lead all players in all stats?
Good. bye.

I will answer your question bitch.
Scottie never hit a shot as big as kyrie in 2016 - but scottie was also healthy every single year. He didn't go down in the finals. Scottie and MJ never played a team as good as the 2017-2018 warriors either.
Are you really saying kyrie was a superior second option to scottie pippen? Answer my question.

Scottie in Kyrie's place in 2016 and they lose that series.

You really think Kyrie would be as valuable on those Bulls teams as Pippen was?
Context and player fit matters. Pippen is a much better second option for Jordan, while Kyrie is a much better second option for LeBron. If you swapped them, both teams definitely get worse

I'm not sure about that.
How about MJ in lebron's place? Do you think they still win?
Or how about MJ vs the warriors in 2015 without a second or third option? Mj never played a finals series without pippen and one of grant/rodman.
Or how about MJ against the most stacked team of all time in 2017 and 2018?

21-9-7-2-1 on 46% for three straight Finals?...With elite defense? (lower DRtg than DPOY Jordan each series)
Kawhi on steroids...As a #2 option. Jesus
I'll wait...Find me better. Post it up, thank you.
I just showed you about 25 Finals in the previous post where the 2nd option played better than pippen ever did
And Pippen is the worst 2nd option of any team that won 3+ rings (Russell, Kareem, Kobe, Curry, Mchale)
And here's 4 Finals for lebron:
- Wade averaged 24/6/5 in the 11-13 Finals
- Wade was better in 2011 and 2012'... And kyrie in 16' and 17'... That's 4 Finals...
Kareem was better in 80', 82' and 87..... Or magic was better in 80', 85', 88'... However you want to look at it ..
Kobe 00-02'
Isiah 88' and 89'
And again, I just showed you about 25 Finals in the previous post where the 2nd option played better than pippen ever did
And Kawhi is clearly better on both ends (26 ppg and dpoy), so you're dreaming

You're jumping around, fizzling out, so I'll simplify it for you.
Post #2 options 3 year stats. You posted Wade (and used 2011) which was dumb because he was clearly the #1 option but the best part is even in doing so you still proved Pippen was better.
You said:
Wade averaged 24/6/5 in the 11-13 Finals[
But...Pippen was still better 21/9/7/2/1 on 46% and better than MJ defense. Or is MJ not a good DPOY defender anymore?
Tick-tock...

Scoring, definitely, but Pippen is a significantly better playmaker. And to say Kawhi is "clearly" better on defense is ridiculous

He is losing his damn mind. If he is saying that then he is admitting Kawhi is a better defender than MJ too since Pippen played better defense than MJ every single year in the playoffs...
Which is it 2ball?

3ball,
I see why you don't "care" about rebounds assists and defense as an MJ fan, ONLY ppg. Because Pippen did everything else for you...

Pippen was a 5-6 assist guy that didn't break guys down off the dribble, so his actual "playmaking" was more "facilitating" than breaking the defense down
Otoh, Kawhi frequently breaks down a defense off-the-dribble, so he's the better "playmaker", despite opting to pass less as the #1 option
Don't act like pippen is cp3 or something.... More like peak Hornacek as a passer, maybe a little worse
Ultimately, Kawhi is better on both ends - Pippen was outplayed by his matchup frequently, while kawhi never is
