and he has now turned 80 years old.

Dude looks fantastic for his age.. and all of his battles.

His new vid promotes food and onions are on his list of top 5

For 81 he looks very impressive... that said any young man who regularly pratices MMA would easily send him back to the retirement home from whence he came

I thought the same thing about MMA fighters vs karate guys.

Karate guys are kind of like now an art form.
When I was in Karate for 6 years as a black belt ,, I love doing forms and was pretty good at it. But some guys had unbelievable
flexibility and showed it off in forms , but that is not what forms were all about in my day.
It was perfect positions , arm bent wrong , leg not extended wrong... my korean coaach was very very picky.
