Default Kyrie IS the difference-maker - another narrative proven correct

The Cavs lost in 2015 and then Kyrie put them over the top in 2016.

Similarly, the 2018 Celtics would've easily made the Finals if Kyrie was healthy - Kyrie led them to a 22-4 record to start the season and was MVP for the first half of the year until he got hurt.. Then Hayward returned in 2019, which stunted Tatum and Brown's growth.

Of course, the Nets were up 2-0 on Giannis in 2021 until Kyrie got hurt..

So this year proves Kyrie could've won titles in 2015 and 2021 if healthy, and he would've made the Finals in 2018.. He's a goat difference-maker and should've easily made top 75 over Lillard.

No lies told. He's definitely that good. In the 2016 Playoffs him and James were damn near equal in scoring for that title run overall with Lebron scoring 22 more points in 21 games, but if you go per 36 minutes or per 100 possessions, Kyrie actually scored at a slightly higher rate than Bron and he had the biggest crunch time moments.

Anyone with half a brain should have realized that Kyrie was different at that point. Injuries held him back after his Cavs' stint but now that he's healthy for the POs again and on a good team he's proving it yet again. 14 points in the biggest 4th quarter of the whole Luka era for Dallas up to this point in time.

Agreed, Kyrie is the most underappreciated guard ever

Outplayed prime Curry in back to back finals and is playing at a higher level in the playoffs than pretty much any guard over the past 25 years and plays defense at an all NBA level

Yep...lefraud doesn't get that ring without kyrie averaging nearly 30ppg in that series and hitting the Ray Allen v2 shot

    But we all know this.

LeFraud will be forgotten in 10 years

Remembered as a bitch with a terrible hairline who suked *** for on court help

Ask davis...dudes been relieving himself in LeFleshlight for years

It’s about time people put some respek on Kyries name.

He’s a stud, always has been. This is what happens when people listen to the bs media narratives, the twats like Stephen a etc.

All the flops that took the jab, for what? Turns out it was all bs,wow real shocker there

He's an absolute savage in clutch situations

I remember that Warriors series when leshrivel had disappeared and was ready to go fishing. Kyrie made like 6 impossible shots in a row and brought them back from the dead. The series comeback was largely due to ref rigging, but Kyrie was playing on an unreal level in that 4th quarter

In game 5? The Cavs were up 8 when Kyrie went on that barrage. Lebron had 25 on the first half.

He didn’t “bring them back from the dead”.

I wish he never played with LeBron. People would've appreciated him so much more.

I agree that he'd be regularly appreciated as the fantastic and aesthetically beautiful player that he is.

But Lebron haters are on his dick even more than they would be otherwise so it goes both ways.

GS did cut the lead to 6 pts during that Kyrie run and he put them away. GS didn't score a single point for over 6 minutes after that Kyrie stretch lol and they subbed everyone out with over 2 minutes left in a 16-pt game which is kind of wild because they still technically had a chance to make it a game, but they gave up way before those subs.

Well, he did end up listening to Kobe and got Cleveland to trade him by demand but he still hasn't done shit as first option.

I’m not downplaying that stretch. Merely stating a fact that they were up when it happened and there wasn’t a bringing the Cavs back from the dead aspect to it.

You could probably swap Kyrie for SGA and see about similar results. As long as he isn't distracted.

He is basically a first option in the 4th when he wants to be and you have now for the second time, the biggest name in basketball deferring to you. First Lebron and now Luka, just letting you run the show, that's mighty impressive.

I'm trying to think of similar situations. Tony Parker comes to mind. Kobe with Shaq. Wade with Lebron. Paul Pierce with KG.
