Re: It's Official, Bronny James is a Bonafide Scrub
I still can't believe Bronny is actually on an NBA court. He looks closer to a guy cosplaying as an NBA player than being an actual NBA player.
I was saying that he was 100% not an NBA talent by his senior year in high school. The best BASKETBALL course for him would've been a 4 year college player and then play overseas, but all of that is simply beneath his stature as Lebron's son to be honest. At some point it never became about Bronny as a basketball player and it was more about the "experience/branding" of him and Lebron on the same NBA team. A lot of casual fans are buying into it, but to me it isn't a "real" accomplishment because Bronny isn't an actual NBA talent. To be fair, this is the best financial course for Bronny, but does that even matter?
Ironically, MJ's son Marcus was a better player than Bronny.

Don't tell that to Lebron23. It'll make him cry.

There's what, 400 or 450 roster spots in the NBA at any given time?
I've heard that the top 200 NBA players are always near as makes little difference the "best" 200 players on the planet. The next 200 guys are interchangeable with about 2,000-3,000 other players worldwide as far as talent goes and thus it is really down to team fit and a bit of luck if you can make it into the league competing with so many other ultra elite players just as good as you. These are the journeymen that are fighting to make it in the league let alone last 5 seasons or get any playing time whatsoever and may be in and out of the league going overseas, g-league, etc. The talent after the top 200 tends to follow a sharply declining bell curve and that sharp downward curve keeps plummeting sharply even beyond those initial 3,000 "NBA tier" players.
Bronny based on how he did already in college and doing some simple math out there on college players and pro players around the world is maybe a top 35,000 player on earth right now. Meaning there are 35,000 people who could arguably do the same or better at helping a variety of teams out there at any level. Which is still super elite compared to the average joe sure, but nowhere near the percentile of talent and ability that NBA players have to be to even be considered for the bottom half of the league. There are basically 35,000 other people on earth right now that could look at him and rightfully wonder why they didn't get the job.

Well, there's really no question now. BJJ is a bust. Can't even score in garbage time.
