I see where you stand and I respect it but you're talking about a specific situation of legality vs not. Yes, during wartime killing people is legal and not called murder. What if the intentions of those pulling the strings during wartime are not pure? Still okay because its war?

I think there's also a pretty big difference between members of Hamas' military being killed and children being intentionally starved to death.
